1. All seats were contested, for the first time ever. 
2. The rise in the PAP vote is overstated, since in 2011 it won one 
five-member seat unopposed. 
3. The opposition parties shared out the seats and did not oppose
each other's candidates. Their individual vote totals are therefore
not significant. The combined opposition vote was 30.0%, a drop of 
about 9%.
