Since the 2016 election Mongolia has changed from a system of 76 
single-member constituencies to a system of 29 multi-member
constituencies, each electing either two or three members on a non-
proportional, open-list basis. Voters in each constituency cast 
either two or three votes, and were free to vote for candidates of 
different parties if they chose.

Party vote totals in this table have been obtained by adding all the 
votes cast for each party in the three-member constituencies and 
dividing the totals by three, adding all the votes cast for each party 
in the two-member constituencies and dividing the totals by two, and 
then adding the two totals together.
