I have located party affiliations only for elected candidates. Voters may vote for as many candidates as there are seats to be filled for their electorate. Tables show the number of votes cast, not the number of voters who cast them. A candidate who polls an absolute majority on the first round is elected. Otherwise, the candidates with the highest votes contest the second round. The number of candidates who contest the second round is always two more than the number of seats to be filled.
