Only voters on Grande Comore island took part in this vote, since 
under the 2001 power-sharing agreement the presidency rotates among
Anjouan, Moheli and Grande Comore, the three islands that make up
the Comoros. Azali Assoumani, Mohammed Ali Soilihi and Mouigni 
Baraka Said Soilihi qualified for the second round on 10 April. 
Voters on all three islands voted in the second round.
