Only voters on Anjouan island took part in this vote, since under 
the 2001 power-sharing agreement the presidency rotates among
Anjouan, Moheli and Grande Comore, the three islands that make up 
the Comoros. Sambi, Djaanfari and Halidi qualified for the second 
round.
