CONGRESSIONIAL ELECTIONS OF 24 OCTOBER 1999

Under the Argentine electoral system half the National Assembly is
elected every two years to a four-year term. The current Assembly
therefore consists of those elected in 1999 (shown below) and those
elected in 1997.
